According to Pro Football Talk, Manning is focused on getting healthy and returning this season, which he isn’t considering to be his last.

The 39-year-old quarterback is battling a partially torn plantar fascia and a painful rib injury after a dismal Week 10 performance against the Chiefs that resulted in a 0.0 QB rating. 

Backup QB Brock Osweiler played well in his first NFL start Sunday, leading the Broncos to a 17-15 win over the Bears. Coach Gary Kubiak was noncommittal on the starting job after the game. 

Manning has another year on his two-year, $34 million contract with the Broncos. When he is ready to call it quits on a Hall of Fame career, teams are already lining up to sign him to a front-office role.
